Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our graphic tees, hoodies, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain accessories or undergarments (if applicable) cannot be returned. “Final Sale” or “Limited Drop” items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your apparel arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and send a free replacement right away. Please include photos of the defect in your email.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at [Insert Support Email] with your order number (from shop.merchgenstudio.com). If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
