Because we focus on premium quality and exclusive drops, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packed before it is shipped out from our facility.
2. Shipping Times & Rates (USA)
We proudly offer fast shipping across the United States. Once your order has been processed, standard transit times are generally 3 to 7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout on shop.merchgenstudio.com based on the weight of your items (hoodies, oversized tees, tote bags) and your location.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to track your order’s journey to your door.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) directly to file a claim.
5. International Shipping
Currently, our primary focus is the US market. If we open international shipping, transit times and customs fees will vary based on the destination country, and the customer will be responsible for any import duties.
